Eligibility
Collarion is currently available to users 18 years and older. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Waitlist Terms
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee beta access or early platform entry. We will notify selected users based on availability, location, and creator type.
Acceptable Use
When you join Collarion, you agree to:
Provide accurate information
Respect other creators and community members
Use the platform for legitimate creative collaboration
Follow all applicable laws and regulations
Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
Misrepresent your identity or creator type
Use the platform for spam, harassment, or fraudulent activity
Violate the intellectual property rights of others
Attempt to access accounts or data that don't belong to you
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and branding on Collarion are the property of Collarion LLC. You may not use our materials without written permission.
Platform Changes
Collarion is currently in development. Features, pricing, and availability may change as we build and refine the platform. We will communicate major updates to waitlist members.
Limitation of Liability
Collarion LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the waitlist or platform. We provide the service "as is" during development and beta phases.
Termination
We reserve the right to remove users from the waitlist or platform if they violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as Collarion evolves. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
